Role Summary
We are seeking passionate and capable AI/ML Engineers with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models. You will work closely with the product and architecture teams to develop AI agents, optimize model performance, and contribute to real-time document intelligence, NLP systems, and computer vision workflows.
Responsibilities
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy models in NLP, CV, and transformer-based pipelines
• Assist in building AI agents and inference engines for document automation, chatbots, etc.
• Integrate models with REST APIs and existing enterprise applications
• Analyze model performance, perform tuning, retraining, and evaluation
• Work on projects involving text extraction, classification, OCR augmentation, and LLM integration

Required Skills

Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in enterprise AI, SaaS, DXP, and digital platforms
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, requirement gathering, solutioning, proposal, and closure
• Build strategic relationships with CXOs and decision-makers

Role Summary
We are hiring a highly experienced AI Trainer & Solution Consultant to lead training, mentoring, and real-world implementation of AI/ML solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in NLP, LLM agents, Delta Lakes, Vector Databases, and a strong ability to explain concepts to both beginners and professionals.
Responsibilities
• Deliver training sessions on AI/ML concepts, including NLP, Transformers, LLM agents, and AI system design
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and enterprise clients on projects
• Assist in building training content, hands-on labs, and use-case driven sessions
• Participate in live projects as a consultant on architecture, data pipelines, and model integration
• Contribute to solution documents, PoCs, and client proposals
